Terms of Service

Muster helps groups (“fellowships”) find a time everyone is free by sharing only free/busy availability. You may use it only as permitted by these terms and applicable law. You must be at least 16 years old (or 13 in the United States) to use Muster.

You’re responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. Provide accurate information, and let us know promptly if you suspect unauthorized use. You’re responsible for activity that happens under your account.

You agree not to:

• break the law, infringe others’ rights, or use Muster to harass or harm anyone;
• access accounts, data, or systems you aren’t authorized to;
• probe, scrape, overload, or disrupt the service or its infrastructure;
• misrepresent who you are, or invite people to fellowships without a good-faith reason.

You keep ownership of the content you create on Muster — fellowships, musters, comments, and feedback. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate and improve the service. You’re responsible for what you post and for having the right to share it (including any partner email you add).

When you connect Google, Apple, or Discord, or sign in with them, your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We use them only to read your free/busy, write an event you confirm, or verify your identity for sign-in. You can disconnect at any time.

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it. By using Muster you also agree to that policy.

Muster is offered on an evolving, best-effort basis. We may add, change, or remove features, and we don’t guarantee the service will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. We may set reasonable limits to keep it running for everyone.

Muster is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don’t warrant that availability data is complete or that the service will meet your needs. Muster is a scheduling aid — please confirm important plans directly.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Horbal Industries will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of (or inability to use) Muster. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

You can stop using Muster and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you violate these terms or use the service in a way that risks harm to others or to Muster. Sections that by their nature should survive (such as content licenses, disclaimers, and liability limits) will survive termination.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable where Horbal Industries operates, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. If you use Muster from the UK or EU, this does not deprive you of protections that the mandatory law of your country of residence affords you.

We may update these terms from time to time. We’ll revise the “last updated” date above and, for material changes, give notice in the app. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
